Pickup here is early. The morning collection works inward from both ends of the coast towards the river, and no point on our list lies further west, so the minibus reaches you near the start of its round and the longest stretch of coast road is ahead of you. You are returned to the same entrance in the afternoon or evening.

What Gündoğdu is like

Gündoğdu is the western edge of the resort strip, further from the old town than anywhere else we collect from. Guests here chose a quiet base, and that is precisely why the transfer earns its keep: the one day you want to spend on the water is the day you least want to be arranging your own way along the coast.

About the Pirate Boat Adventure

The Side Pirate Boat trip is a full-day family cruise on a multi-deck wooden galleon that sails from the Manavgat River. With a costumed pirate crew, a treasure hunt on the beach and a swimming stop in safe shallow water, the day is built around children — while shaded lower decks keep parents comfortable.

Tour programme

08:30–09:30 — pickup from your hotel (transfer included in the price).
10:00 — the wooden galleon departs from the Manavgat River; choose a shaded lower deck or the open upper deck.
Live music, games and a costumed animation team keep the entertainment going throughout the day.
Anchor stop in the river delta: pirate shows, a treasure hunt on the beach, tug-of-war and free face painting for every child.
Swimming at the same shallow spot in both fresh river water and the warm sea — safe for kids; life jackets are mandatory for children and adult supervision is required.
Fresh lunch served on board, with a child-friendly menu.
Foam party on deck.
Return in the afternoon and transfer back to your hotel — about 7 hours in total.
